Starting a Makeup Collection

Whether you're just starting out with makeup or want to build upon you're current collection, you need to have the basics! I've created an outline of the 16 basic items you should have in any makeup collection. I'm a HUGE fan of mark. products, as well as anything from Ulta and Target. Everything is relatively affordable and easy to find in-store and online! Broken down into four categories, with four items each, I'll show you how to build your basic makeup collection.
