My Skin Care Routine (Updated: New Products!)

My skin has been through a lot over the past few years. I had pretty bad acne when I danced because we were always in stage makeup and, honestly, I was horrible at taking my makeup off. Then going to college, I was beyond stressed and my skin took its toll. Finally, I've found a product that keeps my skin clear and is completely worth it's price. My skin savior is Proactiv. I love this system! From the first time I used it, I could tell that my skin was clearing up. Not only is my skin extremely clear, but my scarring and discoloration is fading. I'm so happy with Proactiv. 

The three piece system is so easy to use! 

These are the three little extras that I like to use! The Green Tea Moisturizer is great when I need just a touch of extra moisture! Normally I need this around my nose or around my lips when they get dry. The Refining Mask is great for shrinking my pores and zapping away any unruly pimples that decide to ruin my life. I love the Planet Spa Soothing Eye Treatment. Although this isn't a Proactiv product, it works great along with it. My eyelids tend to get dry so this product helps keep them smooth and soft!

Review: Kaeng Raeng 6-Day Cleanse

Looking to jumpstart your weight loss program for the New Year? Then you have to try the Kaeng Raeng 6-Day All Natural Detox Program! I decided to try this Detox for two reasons: I wanted to lose weight and I wanted to cleanse my body.

Let’s be honest here, the website and a few reviews say that the smoothies taste good. Lies. They taste like crap. I tried mixing the smoothie packets with water, milk, and juice. Still tasted like crap. I had to literally hold my nose and chug these things. Well, it turns out that all I wanted to do for a week after the detox was eat vegetables. And this comes from a girl who was raised on steak and potatoes. In 1 week, I had eaten more vegetables than I had eaten in the past 6 months. I even started to enjoy vegetables that I NEVER have enjoyed, such as kale, tomatoes, and bell peppers.

Did the smoothies taste good? No. Did the Detox Program work? YES! I ended up losing 5.4 pounds in 6 days and, not to over divulge, my body was clean.
