Halloween Tutorial: Sad Peacock (Video)

I really had no idea where or how I was going to create this peacock look. So I sat down, grabbed my makeup, and did what I felt looked good. I really like how this turned out. Pretty, simple, and mask looking! Halloween done in a flash!

    1. Thanks Kimberly! I would say, for easy measures, a black leotard and a tutu. But I'm a girl who loves tutus! And if you could make your own, even better! Then you could use different colors of tulle to match the peacock feathers.
