Halloween Tutorial: Cleopatra (Video)

This was so fun to film! As much as I love creepy Halloween looks, pretty ones are just as fun! With the help from some fancy decals and a headband from Spirit Halloween, the rest of the makeup was probably things you already have! I hope you guys enjoy this!
