This was pretty freaking fun to film and create! I've said it before and I'll say it again, Halloween makeup tutorial are my favorite! This Harley Quinn look would make an awesome costume by itself, but as a couples costume with the Joker, even better! Stay tuned for that tutorial in the next 2 weeks, featuring Briam!
