Review: Kaeng Raeng 6-Day Cleanse

Let’s be honest here, the website and a few reviews say that the smoothies taste good. Lies. They taste like crap. I tried mixing the smoothie packets with water, milk, and juice. Still tasted like crap. I had to literally hold my nose and chug these things. The website says you can eat raw fruits and vegetables while you’re doing the detox, but I decided not to add anything to my diet except the smoothies. In 1 week, I had eaten more vegetables than I had eaten in the past 6 months. I even started to enjoy vegetables that I NEVER have enjoyed, such as kale, tomatoes, and bell peppers.

Did the smoothies taste good? No. Did the Detox Program work? YES! I ended up losing 5.4 pounds in 6 days and, not to over divulge, my body was clean.
